Policies & Client Care

 

At Laluz Beauty, every detail of your experience is designed with care — from the moment you book until long after you leave your treatment. To ensure each client receives the same high standard of service, I’ve created a few policies that protect your time, my time, and the integrity of the studio. Please review before booking.

 

Booking & Deposits

To secure your appointment, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit is applied toward your service and ensures that your treatment time is reserved exclusively for you.

 

Deposits may be transferred up to two times with at least 24 hours’ notice. After two transfers, a new deposit will be required to book again.

 

 

 

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Life happens, but notice is important. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.


  • Late cancellations (under 24 hours) will forfeit the deposit.
  • No-shows will forfeit the deposit and incur a 25% service fee charged to the card on file.

 

 

 

Late Arrivals

 

To respect every client’s time, I ask that you arrive promptly. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled, and your deposit will be forfeited.

 

 

Payments & Packages

 

All payments are due at the time of service. For your convenience, I accept major cards, debit, and pay-in-4 options through Affirm, Afterpay, and Klarna.

Package purchases are non-refundable and must be used within 6 months of purchase. Package clients receive priority booking and may request concierge scheduling directly through me.

 

 

 

Homecare Products

To maintain and extend your results, I offer curated professional homecare. All product purchases are final sale. Clients receiving advanced treatments (peels, microneedling, etc.) may be required to use professional homecare to ensure safety and optimal results.

 


 

Health & Contraindications

 

Your health and safety are my priority. Please complete all intake forms honestly and keep me informed of any changes in your medical history, medications, or skin condition. Certain treatments may not be performed if contraindications are present.

 

 

 

Respect & Professionalism

Laluz Beauty is a professional, safe space. Disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated and will result in immediate termination of services.
